Shipping Policy

  • Orders under $150 are not tracked.

  • If your Canadian non-tracked order does not arrive within 21 business days of shipping date, we will process a replacement order. 

  • If your US non-tracked order does not arrive within 30 business days of shipping date, we will process a replacement order. 

  • Orders over $150 come with a tracking number.

  • If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address that was entered upon ordering, you can pay a $3 flat shipping rate to have order resent. 

  • Please allow up to one week to create and ship your order. Some items are made at time of purchase.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your earrings breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, please Contact Us and we will send you a new pair.
