Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with Canada Post. 

• Flat rate standard shipping charge in Canada: $3
  
  
• Flat rate expediated shipping charge in Canada: $15
  
  
• Flat rate shipping to the US: $10
  
  
• Orders under $150 are not tracked.
  If your Canadian non-tracked order does not arrive within 21 business days of shipping date, we will process a replacement order. 
  
  If your US non-tracked order does not arrive within 30 business days of shipping date, we will process a replacement order. 
  
  
• Orders over $150 come with a tracking number.
  
  
• If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address that was entered upon ordering, you can pay a $3 flat shipping rate to have order resent. 

Please allow up to one week to create and ship your order. Some items are made at time of purchase.
